Women in Technology Hollywood (WiTH) and Irvine Technology Corp. have unveiled the program for the spring 2024 Knowledge Circles for Impact (KC4I) offering.

The partnership brings together Irvine Technology’s deep industry knowledge and expertise in technology staffing and solutions with WiTH’s commitment to advancing women in technology-related fields within the media and entertainment sector.

The KC4I program for technology executives addresses the challenges faced in the media and entertainment industry while promoting diversity, inclusion, and success in the career advancement journey.

Enrollees will engage with a network of industry professionals and benefit from the combined resources, insights, and support provided by organizations in fostering career growth and leadership in technology.

For the spring there are two programs available:

• Women in Leadership Circle: Dive into the world of leadership with the Women in Leadership Circle. This unique group mentorship opportunity is led by renowned CIOs and the trailblazing leaders of the WiTH. This circle is perfect for those looking to enhance their leadership skills, gain invaluable insights, and connect with like-minded professionals in a supportive and inspiring environment.

The spring 2024 program will offer two Women In Leadership group mentorship circles. Each circle is made up of two directors, two mentors and 10 mentees.

Circle meetings are virtual and meet either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays during the months of April, May, and June. Applicants must have at least seven years of work experience in technology, media, and/or entertainment roles.

• Enhancing Career Success Circle. In collaboration with the Irvine Technology Corporation, this circle offers strategic insights into advancing your career. Led by seasoned professionals, participants will uncover the secrets to career growth, effective networking, and skill development that sets you apart in the competitive job market.

This group will meet once a week beginning Monday, April 29.

KC4I circles have always maintained the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality to provide the opportunity for attendees to connect and explore career opportunities to their fullest. The program is designed to equip enrollees with the strategic insights and practical tools necessary for navigating and excelling in a competitive job market.

Through a series of focused sessions, interactive workshops, and practical application exercises, KC4I participants will gain a deeper understanding of the critical aspects of securing the next best career move, including crafting a compelling narrative around professional journeys, strengthen individual presence on key social platforms, and strategically approach career opportunities with confidence and clarity.

Each week unveils a new layer of skills and strategies, meticulously designed to offer tangible value in enhancing career prospects and positioning attendees as a sought-after executive-level technology professional in the media and entertainment industry.
