Devon Discusses Accessibility at Next ‘Lunch and Learn’

Joe Devon, the co-founder of digital agency Diamond, and co-founder of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, will be the next featured speaker April 14 at MESA’s weekly “Lunch and Learn” event.

Join host Richard Atkinson, president of Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA), as he welcomes Devon, a serial entrepreneur who has been helping grow the Los Angeles tech ecosystem since 2008.

Diamond works with popular networks and studios as a leader in cloud-first development in the streaming media space and consults on digital transformation and development best practices.

Devon regularly serves on advisory boards including USC’s IT program, nonprofit organizations, co-working spaces and various conferences.

His April 14 discussion, beginning at noon PT, will tackle “The Most Misunderstood Aspects of Accessibility.” To register, click here.

MESA’s “Lunch and Learn” is held https://mesaonline.org/lunch-and-learn every Thursday via the MESAverse platform and Zoom, and intended to bring MESA members together to network, share and learn. The MESAverse is MESA’s virtual work environment for its members and communities to watch live presentations, network, and step on the stage to share opinions. MESAverse is using ICVR’s RendezVu https://icvr.io , a proprietary, interactive 3D-world application that will allow for hybrid live and virtual events and regular day-to-day interactions that go far beyond video conferencing.
