ArchTIS to Share Zero Trust Insights at Dec. 16 CPS

At the Dec. 16 Content Protection Summit event in Los Angeles, Dave Matthews, technical solutions manager for archTIS, a specialist for software solutions around secure collaboration of sensitive information, will shed light on one of the most-discussed cybersecurity terms of late.

“Zero trust isn’t just a buzzword: it’s a methodology that when implemented properly can greatly reduce cybersecurity risks – from hackers to insiders alike,” Matthews said of his upcoming presentation, “Using Zero Trust to Protect Intellectual Property in M&E.”

His breakout session will look at how employing zero trust methodology to data access and sharing can help safeguard assets, while still allowing for the employment of the latest collaboration tools.

“Session attendees will gain an understanding of what questions you need to address to ensure secure, zero trust-based data access and handling that allows users to finish the task at hand job while eliminating gaps that can lead to devastating IP breaches,” Matthews said. “They will also learn about technologies that can help enforce these principles to proactively stop ‘oops’ moments and malicious actions alike.”

Produced by MESA and presented by IBM Security and Synamedia, the Content Protection Summit is sponsored by Convergent Risks, Richey May Technology Solutions, PacketFabric, archTIS, Code42, INTRUSION, NAGRA, StoneTurn and Vision Media.
