Irdeto Control on the Go (COTG) is a portable multi-digital rights management (DRM) video content protection and content usage management solution specially designed for the small footprint of planes, trains, coaches and cruise ships, and other internet-connectivity challenged spaces. It enables a content owner or operator to offer an extensive library of content to a large population with ease, ensuring stringent security requirements are met to deliver premium, high-quality content to both consumers’ favorite devices and built-in displays, without any piracy concerns.
The solution allows DRM licenses to be issued without an internet connection, ensuring consumers don’t have to download content ahead of time and providing the same experience that many airline travelers have become accustomed to in recent years.
