The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) — a joint venture between the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA) that manages third-party entertainment industry security assessments — will host a TPN community webinar July 21, offering stakeholders in the endeavor a broad update.
The webinar — “TPN: Then & Now” — will kick off at 10 a.m. PT, and will see attendees hear from TPN executives about the state of the program, how TPN assessments have evolved over the past year, and will feature a discussion on TPN’s 2020 accomplishments and the organization’s direction for the fourth quarter.
TPN: “Then & Now” will also discuss the differences in the assessment process, covering a bevy of topics, including:
• Migration from onsite to remote assessments
• Acceptance of remote assessments from content owners
• Budgeting for assessments and remediations when survival is the most pressing issue
• Extensions of renewal assessments and other COVID-19 considerations
The 45-minute content community discussion will give attendees insights in the Trusted Partner Network constituency and about how members are responding to the global pandemic, along with what TPN is doing to support small- and mid-sized facilities, and keep their security and content protection stance up to date.
